The service is provided electronically by "Etkinlik Anılarım" (the "Seller"). You can reach the Seller for any questions, requests or complaints via the support page on the site.
The service is a fully electronic digital service that lets the organizer collect photos and videos from guests via a QR code and combine them into a single digital gallery. It is used within the file-count and storage limits of the purchased package.
The current sales price of the packages, including all taxes, is shown clearly on the purchase screen. Payment is collected as a one-time charge through the secure infrastructure of the contracted payment provider. The Seller neither sees nor stores your card details.
The service is intangible (digital). After payment is approved, the service is performed instantly and electronically; the package limits are assigned to your event and your gallery becomes available immediately. There is no physical delivery.
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and begun with the consumer's consent. As our service falls within this scope, by confirming the purchase you accept that performance begins immediately and that you will have no right of withdrawal.
You may submit complaints and objections regarding the contract to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in your location, within the monetary limits set by the relevant legislation. Beforehand, please contact us via the support channel on the site for a resolution.
