No. When guests scan the QR code, the page opens right in their browser; they enter their name and upload photos and videos. No app or account needed.
The upload window opens on the event day and stays open for 14 days. You can also end the event earlier if you wish.
When your event ends, the whole gallery is packed into a single archive and emailed to you as a download link. The link is valid for 24 hours; if you miss it, ask support for a re-send before the media is deleted.
Only you can access the gallery. Your data is transferred over encrypted connections and kept in secure storage.
You can buy an additional package at any time to add on top of your current limits; purchased packages stack on one another.
Not indefinitely, and that is deliberate. Many platforms keep your gallery on their own servers for months; we permanently delete your photos and videos from our servers shortly after handing you the archive. That leaves you as the sole owner of your memories — so once you download the archive, do save it to your own computer or cloud storage.
