At Etkinlik Anılarım we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect while you use the service, how we use it, and your rights.
For organizer accounts we collect name, email and password; for guest uploads the uploader name and the uploaded photo/video files; for payments the necessary transaction details via our payment provider.
Your data is used only to provide the service, build and deliver your gallery, process payments and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
Gallery files (all uploaded photos and videos) are permanently deleted from our systems exactly 30 days after the gallery is emailed to you. The download link stays valid for 24 hours. Your account details are kept until you request their deletion.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. For any such request you can reach us through our support page.
Your credit card details are never entered into our systems and are never seen, processed or stored by us. Payments are processed through the secure infrastructure of iyzico (iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a payment institution licensed by the Turkish banking regulator (BDDK) under Law No. 6493, using SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure verification. Only result information such as whether the transaction succeeded, its amount and the order reference is passed on to us.
We rely on a limited number of suppliers to deliver the service: our payment institution (iyzico), cloud file storage, server hosting and email delivery providers. Only the data strictly necessary for performing the service is shared with them, to the extent required; some of their servers may be located abroad. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. We also use a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure visitor statistics for our site.
Our site uses only strictly necessary cookies that keep your session open (organizer, guest and administrator session cookies). No third-party advertising or profiling cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy page for details.
To understand how often our site is visited we use a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics). This measurement uses no cookies, stores no data in your browser and does not identify you as an individual; only aggregate statistics such as page views, referring site, country and device type are produced. This data is not personal data and is never used for advertising or profiling.
HTTPS/TLS encryption is used across the site; passwords are stored irreversibly (bcrypt); sessions run on signed, time-limited cookies; administrator access is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA). Gallery access is limited to users authorised for that specific event.
This policy may be updated in line with changes to legislation or to the scope of the service. The current text is always published on this page; the update date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
You can send any privacy-related question, request or complaint through the support page on our site. Your requests are resolved free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
