This text explains how our digital service is delivered, and the cancellation, refund and right-of-withdrawal conditions that apply. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Our service is entirely digital; there is no shipping or physical delivery, and no delivery fee is charged. As soon as payment is approved, the purchased package's file/storage limits are applied to your event instantly, electronically. When your event ends (either the organizer ends it or the 14-day upload window closes), all uploaded photos and videos are bundled into a single archive (zip) and emailed to the organizer's registered address as a download link valid for 24 hours, by the following morning.
In distance contracts, the consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by their nature, this right cannot be used for certain services.
Our service is a digital service performed instantly in the electronic environment right after payment approval. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly and begun with the consumer's consent. By confirming the purchase you accept this.
If your payment was taken but the service could not be provided at all due to a technical reason, or if a duplicate charge occurred, the relevant amount is refunded. For such cases, simply contact us through the support channel on the site.
Approved refunds are returned to the card/method used for payment within a reasonable time, subject to the payment provider's processes. The refund period may vary depending on your bank.
